Outdoor play...

We spend time outside come rain or shine with our Forest Kindergarten sessions.  We visit our local woods weekly. The children have access to a wide range of play equipment, free play and the opportunity to learn about the natural world around them.

We have daily access to a wonderful, large garden right out front.

Outdoor Activities...

We foster the children's imagination through our outdoor activities in the local area including walks, den building, mud and water play, wood working, exploring, cooking with our fire bowl and mini-beast spotting.

Specialist visitors...

We regularly have visitors coming in to complement the children's learning. Visitors have included The Critter Keeper who amazed the children with all sorts of bugs and animals, a wonderful puppet show featuring much loved children's stories, a messy play specialist, drumming workshop and the very popular Artie's Tartan Tales featuring Scottish stories, songs and music.

Organised trips...

We visit local attractions such as Macduff Aquarium, Haddo House, Duthie Park and the local beaches too.

Messy play...

And of course, we love to let the children explore their senses daily.
